This object can be set to: createAndGo(4) destroy(6) The following value may be read: active(1) Setting this object to createAndGo(4) creates a row in this table. Note that a request to create a new entry must use the next sequential available a3ComQosCtrlRateLimitIndex value. Setting this object to destroy(6) will remove this entry.
