writingTo(2) The file is being written to the Seconday. deletingFrom(3) the file is being removed from the slot indicated by chasControlLastFFSActionSlot. readingFrom(4) the file is being copied from the Secondary to the Primary. The last action that was requested from the file system. Only one action is permitted at a time. If a SET is attempted to ANY chasControlFFSFileAction when chasControlLastFFSActionSlot is inProgress(2) that resource will be unavailable.
