The value of sysUpTime at the most recent occasion at which one or more of the counters suffered a discontinuity. The relevant counters are the specific instances associated with any Counter32 or Counter64 object in the MIB. If no such discontinuities have occured since the last initialization of the local management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value.
