To configure a band frequency in the spectrum group, the value of this object must be lower than the value of the corresponding instance of ccsSpecGroupFreqUpper. To configure a fixed center frequency in the spectrum group, the value of this object must be equal to the value of the corresponding instance of ccsSpecGroupFreqUpper.
