Each entry in this table is dependent on entries in cddServerTable and cddServerPortTable. If the associated entry in cddServerTable that has the same cddServerAddrType and cddServerAddr values or the associated entry in cddServerPortTable that has the same cddServerPortNum value is deleted, the entry in this table is deleted as well.
