disable early token release for a particular port. Early token release only applies to ports operating at 16 Mbps. If ifSpeed reflects 4 Mbps for a particular port, then the corresponding instance of this object will have a value of disabled(2) regardless of attempts to set the object to enabled(1). Whenever a port is opened with a ring speed of 16 Mbps, by default, early token release will be enabled.
