The Action Table enumerates actions that can be performed to a stream of traffic. Multiple actions can be concatenated. For example, traffic exiting from a meter may be counted, marked, and potentially dropped before entering a queue. Specific actions are indicated by diffServActionSpecific which points to an entry of a specific action type parameterizing the action in detail.
