For contention regions, these are the mini-slots applicable to bursts that the CMTS detected, but could not correctly receive. This is the 64-bit version of docsIfCmtsUpChnlCtrCollCntnMslots and will not be accessible to SNMPv1 managers. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at reinitialization of the managed system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime for the associated ifIndex.
