This count includes all contention mini-slots for IUC1 applicable to bursts that the CMTS correctly received. This is the 32-bit version of docsIfCmtsUpChnlCtrExtUsedCntnReqMslots and is included for back compatibility with SNMPv1 managers. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at reinitialization of the managed system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime for the associated ifIndex.
