The state of the Receptacle Master Control. When State is set to on(1) power to each receptacle will under control of the individual states & events. When State is set to off(2) no power is available from any receptacle. When set to reboot(3), power will be removed from all receptacles for 20 seconds and then returned to control of the individual states and events.
