This attribute defines the percentage of the transmit CQM memory which is allocated to the transmit frame free list on the ATM-FP. The remaining transmit CQM memory is allocated to the transmit cell free list. Frame memory is used for trunks, ATM Vcc testing and for inter-card communication.
