This attribute counts the number of frames discarded by the IWF. Untransmitted and unacknowledged frames are discarded when a Set Asynchronous Balanced Mode (SABM) or Disconnect (DISC) is received or sent in Asynchronous Balanced Mode (ABM) mode. The counter wraps when it exceeds the maximum value.
