The index into the pnnixMetricsTable for the traffic parameter values that apply for the connectivity from the advertising node to the transit network. There will be one or more entries in the pnnixMetricsTable whose first instance identifier matches the value of this variable. If there are no parameters associated with this transit network then the distinguished value zero is used.
