Indicates the current operating condition of the DECnet Phase IV distance-vector-based routing protocol system-wide. The value of nwDecIVProtoOperStatus indicates any problem with the DECnet Phase IV distance-vector-based routing protocol configuration. A value of 6 indicates that regardless of the value of nwDecIVProtoAdminStatus, the DECnet Phase IV distance-vector-based routing protocol is not operating because of an invalid configuration.
