When an HTTP request is received for an address contained within this range, Caches servers will be selected using a round robin algorithm. When this entry is created the leaf etsysTwcbWcServerfarmPredictor of the associated Server farm, identified by etsysTwcbWcServerfarmName, will be set to 'roundrobin'.
