This object contains the maximum PDU size that the local link station thinks it can send to the adjacent link station before having received any XID from the ALS. After the maximum PDU size that the ALS can receive is known (via XID exchange) that value is reflected in sdlcLSOperMAXDATASend and takes precedence over this object. This value includes the Transmission Header (TH) and the Request Header (RH).
