How to get 2 hours of free configuration support

Please make sure you have your Enterprise or Professional 1000 license key at hand.

We provide configuration support via remote session; please make sure you have installed software like TeamViewer (alternately, make sure remote desktop or VNC access is configured).

Please send us desired date and time to perform the remote configuration at least 12 hours in advance.

Please make sure you have sent access credentials at least 20 minutes before the session starts.
