Great product - we are glad that we retired our old real-time monitoring engine since it was complex; we needed to have our engine interface with major alarm software manufacturers to be able to send alarm dispatchers alarm signals on network failure events, moreover, we incorporated a telephony API to the our old monitoring engine to make calls to people on network failures, I can still write custom code to do these things with IPHost, but it is good to see the real-time event monitoring handled by another component so I can stay focusses on custom programming.
