The number addresses in the range defined by cnatConfStaticLocalAddrFrom and cnatConfStaticLocalAddrTo should be equal to the number of addresses in the range defined by cnatConfStaticGlobalAddrFrom and cnatConfStaticGlobalAddrTo.
