It indicates that there is an duplicated(spoofed) one detected in the IP-DSLAM. mgmt_forbid(4): the value of the corresponding instance of macAddress was set by the operator. It indicates that an Ethernet frame of srcMac='macAddress' is to be dropped by the IP-DSLAM. mgmt_permit(5): the value of the corresponding instance of macAddress was set by the operator. It indicates that an Ethernet frame of srcMac='macAddress' is to be forwarded by the IP-DSLAM. learned_routed(6): the value of the corresponding instance of macAddress was learned, and is being used. It indicates that the macAddress is added by the IP-DSLAM.
