This object indicates the number of response required messages that failed delivery to the end point. This count includes only those messages for which a response message was expected from the end point. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of caonCounterDiscontinuityTime object.
