An entry provides a list of attributes for a single downstream RF channel per WCMTS entity. An entry in this table exists for each configured RF channel on the WCMTS entity that provides the wideband DOCSIS functionality. The index, entPhysicalIndex, used here is the physical index of the wideband controller card. Since RF channels are considered part of the Wideband controller card, hence entPhysicalIndex is used for associating RF channels.
