This object indicates the operational status for the Cisco EnergyWise entity. If the cewEntAdminStatus is down(2), then cewEntOperStatus should be down(2). If cewEntAdminStatus is changed to up(1), then cewEntOperStatus should change to up(1), unless some error has occurred, then it should be in error(3) state.
