This object identifies the resource owner which is being monitored by the resource monitor. The value of this object would be 0 in the entry where only the resource user (not the resource owner and resource user relationship) being watched by the resource monitor. In case of non-zero value, this object indicates the cermResOwnerId object value for one of the resource owner entry in the cermResOwnerTable.
