An entry containing the attributes associated with a GDOI TEK Policy, uniquely identified by the Group ID, Key Server ID, TEK Selector Index (Source/Destination IDs & Ports), and TEK Policy Index (TEK SPI and direction). There will be one or more TEK entries for each TEK Policy sent by the given Key Server to its registered Group Members, each with a unique 5-tuple.
