This object indicates the total number of CDRs opened on the GGSN for a charging group, either since system startup or since the last time the charging statistics was cleared. Trigger Condition: This counter is incremented when a new CDR is opened. This new CDR might be opened initially and also due to the closure of the existing opened CDR.
