This object identifies the class-ID of a class at the second level of a hierarchical policy, or at the first (only) level in a non-hierarchical policy. For a two level policy, this object identifies the class-ID at the second level of the policy. For a non-hierarchical/ single level policy this object identifies the class-ID of a class at the first (only) level of the policy. A value of 0 indicates class default.
