This value is configurable only if 'tailDrop' bit in the value of qosIfCapabilities object for the same ifIndex and traffic direction is set. 'wred' indicates that WRED algorithm is used. This value is configurable only if 'wred' bit in the value of qosIfCapabilities object for the same ifIndex and traffic direction is set.
