A port characteristic which, when enabled, causes the port to automatically attempt to re-establish any connection which is abnormally terminated, such as by network media failure. If a preferred service is also defined, the port will automatically attempt connection to the preferred service upon login. Note for ports with vPortType = 'physicalLCDPanel(5)' or vPortType = 'virtualConsole(6)' this object is not modifiable. The agent will accept any valid value on a set-request for such ports.
