Indicates whether the port modem control characteristic is enabled. When enabled, a physical serial port will not function unless modem signals are asserted, and the port's DTR output is dropped for 5 seconds each time the port gets logged out. 'not-applicable(3)' indicates that the port is not a physical serial port. The agent will accept any valid value on a set-request for such ports.
