The selected variable is that interfaces's instance of the object selected by interfaceTopNObjectVariable. This value may be normalized if interfaceTopNNormalization required equals 'true'. This value of this object will be computed for all cases when interfaceTopNObjectVariable points to a 64-bit counter, and will be zero for all other cases.
