atm If Iisp Account Collection

This attribute is used to turn accounting on or off for SVC and SPVC connections. It also specifies the reason(s) for which accounting data is collected: billing, test, study, audit, or force. If the set of reasons is not empty then accounting records will be generated by this interface in the following situations: - on a TODA changeover if TODA is enabled; - every 12 hours (per connection) if TODA is disabled; - on every call clear (a call record with final cell counts). If none of the reasons is present, then accounting will be suppressed. The reason for collection is recorded in the accounting record, in the attribute callingCollectReason or calledCollectReason as appropriate. Description of bits: bill(0) test(1) study(2) audit(3) force(4)
