This attribute counts the high reliability packets handled by DPN packet forwarding on this LP when the forwardingPolicy attribute of Routing DpnAddressPlan is set to loadshare or loadspread. Note that DPRS packets leaving the network at this module are not counted. The counter wraps to zero when the maximum value is exceeded.
