This attribute counts the number of invalid frames received from the link and discarded at the DLCI. The count is reset to zero when an accounting record is generated or at call setup. The count is a sum of frames discarded due to: frames too long or too short; A-Bit is off; or rate enforcement. If the accountingEnabled attribute is no, then this attribute is not displayed.
