This attribute provides the reason (if any) for a troubled connection. A value of notApplicable indicates no current failures; either Connection Admission Control (CAC) is off, or call was admitted. A value of notAdmitted indicates the CAC algorithm fails to admit this connection. Check if there is a sufficient bandwidth allocation.
