Frame Relay Uni Sig Last Clear Cause
This attribute indicates the last SVC clear cause signalled at the end of the connection or failure to connect. It is updated only if the clear request comes from the subnet or the call is rejected locally by the VC. The same set of possible values provides the clear cause field in the accounting record.
