This attribute counts the number of resets received by the decoder. A reset is a command code sent by the encoder to force dictionary reinitialization. The resets of the decoder are determined by the encoder at the mobile or Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The counter wraps when it exceeds the maximum value.
