This attribute counts the number of unavailable seconds at the far end. Unavailability begins at the start of 10 contiguous severely errored seconds (SES) at the far end and ends at the start of 10 contiguous seconds at the far end with no SES. This attribute will always have a value of 0 if the protocol for the IMA group is proprietary.
