This attribute counts the total number of times the IWF V.42 enters in a busy condition and asks the peer to stop sending information frames until it has cleared up from the busy condition. The V.42 enters busy condition when its data buffer is about to be overflowed by the incoming Information (I) frames. The counter wraps when it exceeds the maximum value.
