This attribute, if set to no, indicates that, at the destination (called) DTE, when a CUG call is received using the called DTE's preferential CUG, the preferential CUG's index is not signalled to the called DTE in the incoming call request packet. Otherwise, the preferential CUG's index is signalled to the link in the incoming call request packet.
