This attribute specifies the maximum number of channels that can be active on this interface including the Permanent Lcns and the Switched Lcns. In total maxActiveChannel will determine the maximum number of Lcn components which may exist at a given time. This should be set to a value greater or equal to the numberOfPLcn provisioned.
