The Peer Group Identifier of the peer group that the given node is to become a member of. The default value of this attribute has the first octet equal to pnniNodeLevel, the next pnniNodeLevel bits equal to the pnniNodeLevel bits starting from the third octet of pnniNodeId, and the remainder padded with zeros. This object may only be written when pnniNodeAdminStatus has the value down.
