For information learned from PNNI nodes, this is the cumulative Cell Loss Ratio for CLP=0 traffic for the forward direction of the route. The cell loss ratio value is computed as 10**(-n) where 'n' is the value returned in this variable. If this parameter is not used, its value should be set to 0xFFFFFFFF.
