The value of the prtLocalizationIndex corresponding to the language, country, and character set to be used for the console. This localization applies both to the actual display on the console as well as the encoding of these console objects in management operations. When an object's 'charset' is controlled by the value of prtConsoleLocalization, it MUST specify PrtConsoleDescriptionStringTC as its syntax.
