Cyclic counter. Contains the number of broadcast frames which were received in one of the system's macs and which were very same messages sent by one of the system's macs. The mac hw receives broadcast messages even if they were sent by the mac's own 48 bits address. These messages are rejected. Meaningful for Token Ring interfaces only.
