If hpRptrMonGlobalFrameTooLongs is incremented, then neither the hpRptrMonGlobalAlignmentErorrs nor the hpRptrMonGlobalFCSErrors counter shall be incremented for the frame. This counter is the summation of the values of the rptrMonitorPortFrameTooLongs counter for all of the ports in this repeater.
