With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Data Width monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Data Width, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Data width of the physical memory, in bits. A data width of 0 and a total width of 8 would indicate that the memory is solely used to provide error correction bits.
