With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Description monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Description, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:

The CreateFolder action creates empty folders for components set to be installed locally. The removal of these folders is handled by the RemoveFolders action. When a folder is created (and didn't already exist), it is registered with the appropriate component id.
