With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI IP Connection Metric monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for IP Connection Metric, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
The IPConnectionMetric indicates the cost of using the configured routes for this IP bound adapter and is the weighted value for those routes in the IP routing table.
