With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Max Transfer Rate monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Max Transfer Rate, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Maximum transfer rate (in Bits per Second) supported by the SCSIController.
